• Late payments attract interest at 18% per annum
• Disputed invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt
Legal Filing India reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legal Filing India, its partners, associates, and employees shall not be liable for:

The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, Delhi. All proceedings shall be conducted in English.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
